Order Processing & Delivery
We endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt, during business days and business hours (Monday to Friday). For all orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday, we will endeavour to ship these orders on the following business day.
We recommend when placing an order that you specify a delivery address at which you will be present to accept the delivery (work or suitable day time address), otherwise a card may be left with further instructions as to how to receive your parcel.
Deliveries within Australia
We use Australia Post’s eParcel Post service for all purchase deliveries within Australia. Our flat delivery charge is $7.00 anywhere within Australia, with a 2-5 day delivery timeframe from the date of dispatch. Orders of more than one item do not incur any additional delivery charge.
Taxes & Duties
International purchases may incur taxes and duties applied by Customs in the Country where the order is delivered. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To determine exactly what these charges may be, it may be necessary to call your local customs office to gain further details.
Please note that to comply with Australian export regulations; we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable “merchandise”. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a “gift”, even if the order is placed with that intention.
Europe: Local operations in London now mean that we can provide fast delivery anywhere in Europe, with a flat rate of £3.90 within the UK, and €10.60 anywhere in greater Europe. The Royal Mail tracked service is used with a delivery standard of 3-5 working days.
International: We use the Australia Post ‘Pack & Track’ service for all international orders (currently to USA, New Zealand & Canada only). Our flat international delivery charge is AUD$19.00, with an 10-12 day delivery timeframe from the date of dispatch. Orders of more than one item do not incur any additional delivery charge.
Refunds / Returns
Malkin & Toad guarantees that products purchased from us will be free of defects from workmanship. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect relating to quality and workmanship, we will gladly replace or refund you for any such products within 28 days from the date of purchase.
If after purchasing an item you require a different size or design, we will gladly offer an exchange. We will not process refunds or exchanges for any products that have been worn, laundered, altered in any manner, or have had their swing tags removed.
Should you wish to return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the costs of return shipping/postage. Malkin & Toad will gladly send you a replacement item for no additional shipping/postage charge, however.
To return/exchange an item:
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the style and size of your product purchased, with brief details concerning the reason for your dissatisfaction.
- Place item to be returned in an appropriate package, together with a copy of our original invoice and send to us at:

Please note we are not responsible for lost shipments. We therefore recommend using Registered Post or any service that provides shipment tracking.
