Where are your products manufactured?

Our swimming shorts are manufactured in China by suppliers specifically chosen for their quality and ability to produce our designs in boutique quantities. Asian production enables us to deliver our shorts to you for such an accessible price point. All design, material selection and quality control is performed personally by us, in Australia.

Our hats are designed by us in Australia and manufactured in China.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Australian orders usually take 2-5 days from the date of dispatch (we try to process all orders within 48 hours of receiving them). Local operations in Europe provide for very fast delivery accross the UK & Europe (3-5 working days). All other international delivery time varies by country, but is usually around 10-12 working days. We’ll advise of delivery timeframes should they be significantly different from this.

I am outside Australia and being asked by my local post office to make an additional payment to receive my products. This is outrageous. Why?

It is an unfortunate circumstance of international trade that some jurisdictions apply duties and taxes to foreign importations. We have no control over local regulations and cannot be held liable for any such additional duties and taxes payable in your own country. We recommend doing your own research (often your local Customs website provides helpful information) should you be concerned about this.

You are out of stock in a particular design & size. When will stock be replenished?

We generally produce once or twice annually. Our collections consist of our popular signature designs (currently Zephyr Blue, Southerly Blue, Coral Rhapsody, Sorrento Seagrass & Sandpiper) which we release for every summer season, and seasonal designs which are unique to a particular season’s range and are not guaranteed to be produced again. We are not a mass label and make no apologies for our boutique business and the scarcity of our products (we figure that is why you love them)! Our short answer is: if you like our products – hop aboard quickly! Of course, should a design or size that you desperately want be unavailable, just email us ( and we’ll advise if and when it will become available.

I don’t live for summer. What should I do?

How miserable for you. We recommend you remedy this situation ASAP for your own sanity & wellbeing. Successful cures include moving to Australia, watching the movie Point Break, or throwing on a pair of our swimming shorts. If all to no avail, depart our website now and go snow skiing. Unfortunately, we have no ambitions to enter the winter apparel business. But if we did, our ski suits would be classically awesome and would not be appropriate for snowboarders.

I live in a country that isn’t supported by your website. How can I buy your products?

Just email us ( and we’ll find a way. We may need to quote you a postage rate specific to your country and invoice you via Paypal.

Can I contact you directly with any queries about your brand & products?

We’d love you to, and we pride ourselves on our customer service. We are a boutique label and are committed to giving you a positive experience when engaging with us – as your word of mouth referrals are our main source of new business.
